We offer next day collection or dispatch for premade items while custom orders can take up to 2 weeks for production depending on the request.

As we are a small business that operates out of our personal residence please get in touch to confirm the best time for pick up of your orders.

At Dangle Dynasty, all sales are final. Due to sanitary reasons on most products, we do not offer returns or exchanges.

Refunds are only issued if an item arrives faulty or damaged. If this occurs, please reach out and we can help organise a replacement or refund on the item.

Unfortunately due to work and family commitments, we are not able to offer local delivery.

If you are local to the Ipswich/Brisbane area, simply select the 'pick up' option at checkout and we can organise a time for collection that suits you.

All items are created in small batches to create unique items.

Our earrings and other bookish merchandise are hand drawn, designed and produced by Krystal.

From time to time some bookish designs can be purchased or sourced from other amazing artists with the appropriate commercial usage permissions. In this instance, these designs will be noted on the product description.

Our items are general book quotes only and do not require licencing or commercial usage.

The general quotes come from common phrases throughout books and are used in the bookish community by fellow readers and booklovers.

Dangle Dynasty will ensure all items which are 'inspired by' or directly link to a book or character will have appropriate licencing and permissions by the author or artist before producing/selling items.

Our earring posts are made of stainless steel. If you are sensitive to these materials and require hypoallergenic posts we are able to swap any dangle to 929 sterling silver posts and backs. This will incur a small replacement fee.
